Here is an invoice for the services I completed which include:

*electrical re-route, wiring, 3 electrical outlets and removal of old wires.

*structural demo and repair for stair case.

*bathroom fan vent renovation and service.

I wanted to just do a bundle rate for y'all since we didnt know how intricate the electrical stuff would be, stairs, etc.

$1250.00

Everything is coming along really great, I cant wait to finish this up!!
